This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +5 more states.
• Oversee customer projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure the successful execution of project charters, scope, product specifications, communication, and document collection.
• Establish and convey project performance standards for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize Beamery’s implementation strategies while managing multiple customer projects concurrently.
• Acquire and demonstrate proficiency in the Beamery product suite.
• Collaborate with customers to create solution charters, scopes, and success plans.
• Formulate plans and provide weekly updates alongside customer project managers; assess, monitor, and evaluate progress.
• Oversee statements of work and contracts, encompassing change management, scope adjustments, resource allocation, project budgets, and deviations from the plan.
• Direct reporting on customer outcomes and progress, issue tracking, and budget/financial oversight.
• Handle daily customer interactions throughout the implementation phase.
• Manage project team resources and daily activities; review timelines and suggest resource modifications.
• Act as the escalation contact, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering, Solutions Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely and high-quality deployments.
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to enhance methodologies and delivery best practices.
• Travel up to 30% for in-person client meetings.
• Practical experience in Project/Program Management, Implementation, or as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in the enterprise-level HR tech/SaaS or similar disruptive software technology sectors is preferred.
• A proven history of successfully delivering intricate software product implementations for notable customers is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies and/or Software Development Life Cycles.
• Strong transformational leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Capability to adjust to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members.
• Exceptional technical and business communication and presentation abilities.
• A growth mindset with the capacity to identify and suggest innovative solutions for long-term benefits to customers and Beamery.
• Experience in Talent/HR technology is a significant plus.
