Engagement Lead – Risk Consulting, Forensic Accounting/Claims

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate client engagements, defining project strategies, methodologies, and deliverables.

• Provide guidance and direction to team members on research and analysis for client initiatives.

• Facilitate data collection and its interpretation.

• Foster the growth of client relationships while identifying new opportunities for additional work and services.

• Anticipate potential project challenges and formulate strategic action plans.

• Evaluate and enhance client deliverables by providing advanced recommendations and insights.

• Lead highly specialized and distinctive projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in risk consulting, forensic accounting, claims solutions, or a closely related client-facing field.

• Expertise in quantifying economic damages, including Business Interruption, Property Damage, and Extra Expenses.

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, intricate client projects and engagements.

• Capacity to cultivate and manage client relationships for both current business and future opportunities.

• Strong skills in data-driven analysis, problem-solving, and formulating actionable recommendations for clients.

• Experience in coaching, guiding, or mentoring colleagues on project tasks and client delivery.

• Extensive knowledge in forensic accounting and complex claims analysis across various industries.

• Proficient in advising clients from diverse sectors.

• Experience in assisting with Business Interruption valuations for insurance placements.

• Familiarity with insurance claims, particularly regarding delay and damage impacts.

• Proven track record in expanding client relationships and acting as a strategic advisor.

• Experience in leading specialized consulting projects that demonstrate measurable client impact.
