Engagement Lead – Risk Consulting, Forensic Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate client engagements by establishing project strategies, methodologies, and outcomes.

• Provide guidance and direction to team members regarding research and analysis for client initiatives.

• Direct data gathering and analysis efforts.

• Foster the growth of client relationships while identifying potential for new projects and additional services.

• Anticipate potential project challenges and formulate strategic action plans.

• Evaluate and enhance client deliverables, supplying advanced insights and recommendations.

• Lead highly specialized and distinctive projects.

• Mentor team members and address complex client challenges.

• Serve as a recognized authority in Forensic Accounting & Claims Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of pertinent professional experience in risk consulting, forensic accounting, claims solutions, or a closely related client-facing field.

• Proficient in quantifying economic damages, including Business Interruption, Property Damage, and Extra Expenses.

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex client projects and engagements.

• Capability to develop and maintain client relationships for ongoing business and future opportunities.

• Strong skills in data-driven analysis, problem-solving, and crafting actionable recommendations for clients.

• Experience in coaching, guiding, or mentoring colleagues on project execution and client delivery.

• Extensive expertise in forensic accounting and intricate claims analysis across a variety of industries.

• Background in advising clients from diverse sectors.

• Experience assisting clients with Business Interruption valuations for insurance purposes.

• Familiarity with insurance claims, particularly regarding delay and damage impacts.

• Proven track record of expanding client relationships and acting as a strategic advisor.

• Experience leading specialized consulting projects that yield measurable client outcomes.
