Engagement Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Connect with healthcare professionals and stakeholders from clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals through outbound calls to effectively communicate approved program and service-related messages on behalf of the client.

• Meet or surpass program KPIs and performance goals.

• Establish rapport and nurture positive customer relationships through professional and high-quality interactions.

• Record and submit daily call activities and necessary customer information in the CRM system.

• Address customer inquiries swiftly and professionally.

• Foster a collaborative and professional team environment through communication and partnership with colleagues.

• Engage in team meetings, department meetings, and training programs.

• Take part in client-sponsored training sessions and educational activities as required.

• Exhibit and uphold Inizio Engage’s values in all interactions and activities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Preferred college or bachelor’s degree.

• Energetic, self-driven, with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to collaborate with both internal and external business stakeholders.

• Proficient in prioritizing and planning assigned target-list coverage.

• Demonstrated professionalism, autonomy, and a team-player mindset.

• Outstanding customer service and patient-centric approach.

• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, for effective interactions with healthcare professionals in Quebec.
