This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recognize and implement operational enhancements utilizing Excel-based tools, process modifications, and improvements in Information Management.

• Create and optimize reporting and tracking tools for client and program outputs.

• Establish project timelines, oversee critical milestones, and provide updates on project status.

• Collaborate with support teams and potentially clients to finalize projects and enhancements.

• Identify opportunities for automation through advanced Excel tools or the development of Information Management systems.

• Serve as the primary contact for improvements in processes, technology, and tools.

• Organize training, process modifications, and reporting capabilities resulting from program advancements.

• Assist in the implementation of new tools and program features, including development, testing, and training.

• Identify and implement ongoing improvement opportunities through advancements in systems and processes.

• Oversee program reporting requirements, which include invoicing, data entry validations, and troubleshooting.

• Train additional personnel on reporting functionalities.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of prior experience in customer service, sales, or office settings is required.

• 2 years of experience in report design and development.

• 1–2 years of experience in client-facing project management.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Must be capable of managing a diverse range of tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and capable of prioritizing workload effectively.

• Competence in identifying and resolving project application issues with customers and trade allies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong data entry skills in tracking systems and databases.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, clients, and team members.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data and tackle practical problems.

• Familiarity with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.

• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% is expected.
