This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute assigned rebate program projects or specific project components to meet defined scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Assist in creating work plans, establishing milestones, setting interim deadlines, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
• Oversee rebate application queues to ensure accurate and prompt processing.
• Raise program challenges and risks to Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors, or Directors.
• Prepare and manage invoicing along with monthly reporting tasks.
• Monitor project advancement and convey status updates to both internal leadership and external clients.
• Track project timelines and the completion of deliverables to align with billing milestones.
• Clarify program requirements and application processes while addressing stakeholder inquiries.
• Develop, organize, and present technical and quantitative analyses related to program performance, technology research, or industry trends.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to validate compliance with program guidelines and client specifications.
• Perform technology research, literature reviews, and market analysis related to energy efficiency technologies such as HVAC or water heating systems.
• Implement energy efficiency and sustainability programs for utility clients and communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, consulting support, program administration, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in supporting project activities or deliverables within established scope, schedule, and quality parameters.
• Familiarity with working on project teams, including task tracking, documentation maintenance, and supporting timelines.
• Experience coordinating with internal team members or external stakeholders to collect information, assist with deliverables, and respond to inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional engagement with internal partners and external clients, as well as support for presentations or meetings.
• Foundational technical writing abilities, including drafting project documentation, summaries, and status reports.
• Strong organizational capabilities, including task tracking, documentation management, and meeting deadlines under guidance.
• Basic project management knowledge, including adherence to project plans, milestone tracking, and issue escalation as necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently while adhering to guidance, processes, and priorities set by senior staff.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control practices.
• Must reside in the Northeast region.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. is a prerequisite for employment.
