Endoluminal Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist early adopters of sustainable programs using the Ion® platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy.

• Offer procedural guidance to new users to enhance safety and facilitate their learning process.

• Provide support for in-services, training labs, first case series, and the development of clinical teams and programs.

• Cultivate clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology.

• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Representatives, senior hospital personnel, and key physicians to implement Ion® at new client locations.

• Ensure continuous customer engagement and effective use of the Ion® system.

• Aid in capturing user and procedural data for QTI and benchmarking metrics.

• Work together with local da Vinci sales teams to align both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee administrative duties, manage SFDC, and submit expense reports.

• Report directly to the U.S. ION® Endoluminal Program Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, leadership, or clinical roles.

• Proven ability to navigate complex situations and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy field is advantageous.

• Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be necessary as per Intuitive and/or client requirements.

• Must comply with applicable U.S. export-control regulations, which may include obtaining an export license or adhering to Technology Control Plan requirements.
