This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment strategies through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional standards of care.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide education to patients on preventative care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Keep precise and current patient records while completing documentation promptly.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week of patient-facing activities, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically warranted.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology from an ACGME-accredited program.
• Active IMLC license or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Two years of recent and consecutive practice experience with an MD/DO license treating patients.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Natural aptitude for developing trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Genuine dedication to providing care grounded in contemporary clinical research.
• Proficient in using multiple platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Previous telehealth experience is an advantage.
• Experience in women's health is a plus.
