Enablement and Learning Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop Sysdig's enablement charter and operational model, establish success metrics, and secure approval from leadership in Sales, CS, and RevOps.

• Take charge of the onboarding and certification processes for new hires in GTM roles.

• Create a continuous recertification schedule as the team and product progress.

• Promote the adoption and reinforcement of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, equipping managers to provide effective coaching.

• Organize enablement initiatives for significant GTM events such as SKO and product launches, collaborating with Product Marketing to develop content.

• Manage the enablement technology stack, which includes the LMS and conversation intelligence tools.

• Foster the structured integration of AI-driven GTM tools such as Clay and enterprise Claude through role-specific training and champion programs.

• Develop and uphold an enablement KPI scorecard that tracks training completion, certification success rates, ramp-up time, and win rates.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing on content utilization, RevOps on systems and reporting, and Sales/CS leadership on roadmap priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in sales, revenue, or GTM enablement, including a background in building or significantly restructuring a program.

• Proven ability to design measurement frameworks.

• Proficient in using LMS/content platforms, conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Gong), AI-native GTM tools (e.g., Clay), and enterprise AI assistants (e.g., Claude).

• Familiarity with a sales methodology framework (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and the ability to reinforce it through coaching.

• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams.

• Previous enablement experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or infrastructure software.

• Experience in initiating or significantly evolving an enablement function during a platform or GTM transformation.

• Background in managing AI adoption/change-management programs, including tracking usage metrics, champion programs, and structured rollouts.
