📋 Description

• Assist, advocate for, and provide support to service members, veterans, and their families as they transition to civilian careers.

• Offer tailored career services and link clients to essential resources.

• Aid clients in constructing civilian and federal resumes.

• Prepare clients for interviews and create effective job search strategies.

• Recognize and address employment obstacles through individualized guidance and referrals to supportive services.

• Monitor client progress and keep precise case documentation using Salesforce.

• Maintain connections with clients post-training to foster enduring success.

• Collaborate with employers to highlight job opportunities and advocate for client placements.

• Represent OJRV at hiring events and community gatherings.

• Distribute client resumes and facilitate connections with potential employers.

• Keep employer and outreach data organized and current.
