Employment Lawyer, Dismissal Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Transform and streamline legal processes through digitization and automation.

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in employment law cases.

• Advocate for employees in matters related to dismissals and termination agreements.

• Engage in negotiations with opposing parties and their legal representatives.

• Prepare statements of claim, legal documents, and contracts.

• Independently manage cases and represent clients in both out-of-court and court settings.

• Collaborate closely with various internal teams.

• Offer insights and feedback to enhance the product development process.

• Partner with product managers and the executive team to optimize workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Germany, or with an application for admission already submitted.

• Minimum of one year of professional experience, preferably in employment law with a focus on dismissal protection.

• Pragmatic and solution-focused mindset.

• Enthusiasm and motivation to influence the future of the legal market within a dynamic work environment.

• Passion for enhancing legal processes through data and technology.

• Diligent and detail-oriented working style, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
