Employee Navigator Case Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Resolve issues related to the platform, such as inquiries regarding employee enrollment, corrections and updates to benefits, user access and navigation assistance, system configuration queries, and requests for data review and cleanup.

• Manage client renewals within Employee Navigator.

• Create new accounts.

• Address support requests promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused approach.

• Refer technical or carrier-related problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

• Keep precise documentation of support activities and case updates.

• Assist with tasks related to the configuration of benefit platforms, including setting up plans, configuring eligibility, establishing employee class structures, conducting basic system testing and reviews, and performing data validation and quality checks.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Builders, and Operational Leadership to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

• Engage in quality control and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Work cooperatively across Service, Build, Carrier Connections, and Account Management teams.

• Adjust to changing priorities and operational demands throughout the year.

• Help maintain scalable, process-oriented operational standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, or employee benefits is preferred.

• Experience with Employee Navigator is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with benefits administration platforms, HRIS systems, or enrollment technology is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with various teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and shared collaboration tools.

• Capable of quickly learning technical processes and adapting to evolving workflows.

• A problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.

• Remains calm under pressure during peak enrollment periods.

• Team-oriented with a flexible attitude.

• Process-driven while keeping a client-first mindset.

• Comfortable alternating between repetitive operational tasks and client-facing communications.

• Inquisitive and eager to advance within benefits technology operations.
