This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive premium growth, case count, and producer recruitment within a designated territory.
• Build and sustain consulting relationships with employee benefit brokers, general agents, technology partners, and enrollment firms.
• Provide consultation on voluntary group and life insurance products, including long-term care options.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding enrollment technology solutions and product offerings.
• Facilitate training and ongoing development for producers, agencies, and general agents.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Underwriting, Policyholder Services, Billing, Compliance, and Compensation teams.
• Analyze market trends and work with producers to improve their business operations.
• Assist in recruiting and marketing efforts.
• Offer feedback to aid in the implementation of corporate strategies.
• Travel 2–3 days a week within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Life & health licensing is required; if not currently licensed, must obtain upon hire.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling voluntary benefits is preferred.
• Candidates from the insurance industry seeking to transition into voluntary benefit sales will be considered.
• Established relationships with brokers are preferred for candidates with voluntary benefits sales experience.
• Must currently reside in southwest Ohio or the Indianapolis, IN area.
• Ability to travel 2–3 days a week within the territory is necessary.
• A criminal background investigation and verification of employment, education, and licensing are required as a condition of employment.
• Must be bondable.
