This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the complete process for identifying, assessing, and executing high-value partnerships.
• Act as the main relationship manager for both potential and current customers.
• Oversee intricate deal processes from the initial outreach to the signing of contracts.
• Collect and analyze insights related to local market conditions, regulatory changes, competitive environments, and customer demands.
• Develop expertise in the correspondent banking sector within key emerging markets.
• Create scalable systems for onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing support.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business operations, growth, or partnerships.
• At least 4 years of experience conducting business in Latin America.
• Native proficiency in Spanish.
• Proven track record in managing complex partnerships and high-value deals successfully.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Highly organized approach to project management.
• Emphasis on diversity of ideas and backgrounds.
