Emerging Market Growth Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee annual growth strategies, ensuring regular structured interactions, promoting accountability, and converting growth strategies into actionable plans.

• Assist with focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market expansion plans, asset development, and readiness for new unit growth.

• Collaborate with Field Marketing to design and implement Local and Hyperlocal store marketing strategies and initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all Grand Opening prerequisites for community entry.

• Facilitate leadership development, onboarding, succession planning, and organizational preparedness as part of the Field Training and NRO teams.

• Enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, ROE advancement, throughput, and overall business performance.

• Act as the primary liaison between Franchisee, Marketing, and Real Estate.

• Assist franchisees in developing capabilities to generate and capture demand, enhance operational readiness, and expedite profitable growth and market development.

• Success will be evaluated based on AWS growth, transaction increases, development preparedness, market penetration progress, new store performance, and franchisee accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development, or marketing.

• Experience in franchise consulting and restaurant leadership is preferred.

• Proficient in strategic growth planning.

• Skilled in franchisee coaching.

• Capable of cross-functional leadership.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Solid business acumen.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to influence without direct authority.

• Expertise in market development.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
