Emergency Radiologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver emergency, trauma, and acute-care imaging services for hospitals throughout Pennsylvania

• Analyze CT, MRI, ultrasound, and radiography examinations

• Evaluate emergency imaging cases spanning body imaging, neuroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging, and chest imaging

• Provide support for emergency departments and Level I, II, and IV trauma centers across nine primary hospitals

• Engage in acute stroke, trauma, and other urgent imaging workflows

• Collaborate with subspecialty radiologists via established consultation and communication channels

• Educate radiology residents in an academic setting

• Interact with radiologist peers through integrated chat platforms

• Facilitate critical result communication with the assistance of radiology staff

• Follow a predictable schedule of eight days on and twelve days off during daytime hours

• Ensure timely completion of shifts through effective shift handoff

• Seek leadership roles based on personal interests

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Mandatory)

• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania

• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania and home state

• Dedication to high-quality emergency imaging and collaborative remote practice

• Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience in emergency or trauma radiology is not essential

• New graduates are encouraged to submit applications
