This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to surpass revenue objectives.
• Create and sustain a comprehensive, strategic, and actionable territory business plan.
• Expand market share and enhance utilization among current accounts while attracting new users.
• Surpass territory sales targets and meet revenue and profitability benchmarks.
• Cultivate effective customer relationships and engage with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Develop advocates and navigate the VAC process to influence clinical preference practices.
• Propel disruptive technology from minimal presence to full market share.
• Influence cross-functional teams and partner with leadership to achieve successful contracting outcomes.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, clinical applications, and market dynamics.
• Educate customers on the safe and effective use of Teleflex emergency medicine products through training sessions, product demonstrations, skills days, and trade shows.
• Grasp competitors’ technologies and strategies to navigate competitive discussions with customers.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and Power BI for developing account profiles, managing pipelines, and accurate forecasting.
• Analyze business data to make informed decisions for managing and expanding territory sales.
• Ensure adherence to Teleflex’s Code of Ethics, Core Values, policies, rules, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Submit expense reports and necessary documentation promptly.
• Maintain credentials required for entry and work in hospitals and other medical facilities.
• 2–4 years of prior experience in medical device sales is expected, with a proven record of success.
• Experience in operating rooms, trauma, and emergency medicine is ideal.
• Background in successfully selling disruptive technology and increasing market share.
• Capability to carry a detail bag weighing up to 20 lbs. and lift equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6–10 hours per day, up to five days a week.
• Proficiency in computer technology and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Valid driving license required.
• Hunter mentality; self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong skills in teamwork, change management, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, as dictated by customer needs.
• Capability to establish and maintain facility credentials through RepTrax, Vendormate, etc.
