This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Oversee and deliver all engineering services throughout the EMEA portfolio.
• Direct all technical elements of facilities services and Hard Services delivery across regional locations.
• Manage Hard Services, including budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk assessments, statutory compliance, and governance.
• Establish and execute standardized maintenance management practices across various sites.
• Lead service partners and teams to enhance performance and implement best practices.
• Provide technical assistance for the client’s leased spaces.
• Spearhead regional sourcing for technical products and services.
• Support JLL and client business development efforts.
• Oversee the JLL Engineering Operations Audit program.
• Implement cost reduction and sustainability initiatives.
• Leverage quantifiable, data-driven insights from technology platforms to formulate improvement strategies.
• Identify relevant energy management best practices and innovations in collaboration with the EMEA Sustainability Manager.
• Manage engineering budgets, forecasts, and compliance with financial timelines in the UK.
• Lead the UK engineering function to support client accreditations and certifications, such as ISO50001 and ISO550001.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the client team, business partners, and cross-functional groups.
• Handle internal and external SLAs and KPIs to ensure contractual commitments are met or exceeded.
• Foster high levels of customer service and implement best practices.
• Ensure business continuity plans minimize service disruptions.
• Conduct risk assessments and adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the EMEA Account Director.
• Proven experience in delivering technical Facilities Management services in a fast-paced, high-profile setting.
• Experience in a similar position with the capability to lead and influence others, including virtual teams.
• Demonstrated history of managing Hard Services, ideally in both self-delivered and outsourced engineering services contracts.
• Background in financial management and budgeting, with a focus on identifying cost savings and avoidance.
• Strong ability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships and network at all organizational levels.
• Capability to audit one's own work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong interest in technology.
• Highly organized, efficient, and capable of meeting tight deadlines with a professional, service-oriented mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying requests and projects.
• Technical and/or Authorized Person qualifications are desirable.
