📋 Description

• Guide the effective execution of consumer research fieldwork throughout the UK & Europe, as well as global online methodologies.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing Project Delivery team.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for intricate project, supplier, and stakeholder issues.

• Supervise project risk management and proactively address challenges.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers.

• Set and uphold delivery standards, quality controls, and operational procedures.

• Work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams.

• Advocate for innovation, efficiency, and ongoing improvement by translating project insights into scalable processes, SOPs, and more effective working methods.

• Report directly to Luke Riley.

• Demonstrated experience in research operations, fieldwork, project delivery, or supplier management, preferably across various markets and methodologies.

• Strong leadership capabilities, with a background in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing operational teams.

• Proficient in overseeing complex projects, managing risks, and tackling delivery challenges in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder and supplier management, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and enhance performance.

• Commercially aware and solutions-oriented, adept at balancing quality, cost, timelines, and client expectations.

• Continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of refining processes, embedding best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
