This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the commercial organization, focusing on incentive compensation, territory design, quota setting, and sales performance analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Finance, HR, and Global Compensation teams.
• Assist in the annual territory mapping and quota setting process by preparing data, validating inputs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and sales coverage requirements.
• Support the administration of incentive compensation plans, which includes plan setup, eligibility tracking, quota assignment, performance tracking, payout calculations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely communication of sales performance, bookings, revenue, quota, and payout data.
• Keep thorough documentation of plan rules, quota assumptions, territory modifications, calculation logic, and approval records.
• Continuously enhance incentive programs to foster business growth, align seller behavior with corporate objectives, and maintain operational excellence throughout EMEA.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• At least 6 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or other related commercial roles.
• Proven experience supporting intricate, multi-country sales organizations across EMEA or global markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of incentive compensation design principles, sales performance management, quota methodologies, and territory management.
• Demonstrated expertise in compensation modeling, financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance analytics.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, and analysis of large datasets.
• Familiarity with incentive compensation platforms such as SAP Callidus, Xactly, Varicent, Everstage, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, or similar systems.
• Strong business partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate cross-functional environments.
