This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage medical record requests by receiving calls from patients, insurance providers, and attorneys to provide updates on medical status.

• Record information across multiple platforms utilizing two computer monitors.

• Input precise data as directed by the team lead.

• Handle electronic medical records remotely through various EMR systems as instructed.

• Operate with minimal supervision while adapting to changing priorities and role requirements.

• Promptly report any technical issues encountered.

• Achieve the necessary CPH (Charts Per Hour) and attendance standards.

• Engage in assigned training sessions.

• Uphold confidentiality, protect patient rights, and adhere to company, facility, and HIPAA regulations.

• Review documentation and follow written procedures to ensure compliant and precise job execution.

• Notify the appropriate lead or management of any security breaches, unsafe actions, or site-related challenges.

• Foster a quality-driven service atmosphere.

• Meet deadlines and respond promptly to emails and information inquiries.

• Comply with company policies.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of six months of Data Entry experience is required.

• EMR experience is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or a release of information environment is strongly preferred.

• Ability to constructively address problems to identify acceptable solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

• Proficient in computer skills including Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).

• Exceptional organizational abilities are required.

• High level of detail-orientation and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptability to a changing business landscape is necessary.

• Proven ability to collaborate within a diverse group and work effectively in a matrixed, cross-departmental remote setting.
