Email & SMS Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.

• Create and enhance lifecycle flows, such as Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and other retention workflows.

• Formulate campaign concepts, messaging, and audience segmentation.

• Convert strategy into concise briefs and proposals for the Email Designer.

• Partner with the designer to implement campaigns in line with the brief.

• Oversee campaigns from initial concept through to launch.

• Conduct pre-launch quality assurance for emails and SMS, which includes reviewing copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, rendering, tracking, and customer experience.

• Track campaigns post-launch and promptly identify any issues.

• Handle weekly Email & SMS reporting.

• Monitor KPIs and relay performance, trends, and concerns.

• Offer actionable recommendations based on findings.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth while also working autonomously.

• Keep a well-structured testing roadmap to enhance Email & SMS revenue and customer retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical Email & SMS experience, preferably in DTC/e-commerce.

• Proficient in Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; skilled at establishing structure in ambiguous situations.

• Strong instincts for copy and messaging, even if not directly involved in email design.

• Comfortable using Notion and Figma for creating campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations.

• Possess a strong QA mindset with the ability to identify issues before they escalate.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Availability Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
