Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and launch email campaigns along with automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber base.

• Segment audiences according to their behavior, preferences, and engagement history.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, and calls to action to enhance open and click rates.

• Develop and sustain automated flows, which include welcome sequences, re-engagement initiatives, and offer notifications.

• Track deliverability rates, unsubscribe statistics, and overall list health.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure email messaging aligns with broader marketing campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and make improvements based on data insights.

• No formal degree necessary.

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.

• Excellent writing abilities — your writing should resonate as authentic and relatable, not robotic.

• Basic comprehension of email metrics including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and deliverability.

• Detail-oriented — errors in mass emails can be costly.

• Proficient in using templates and making basic HTML email edits.

• Capable of self-managing tasks and adhering to deadlines.
