Email Marketing, CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with online e-commerce platforms across various sectors including cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the team.

• Conduct regular check-in calls to foster strong relationships with clients.

• Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing projects.

• Create email marketing and CRM strategies.

• Partner with an operational implementation team that includes copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation.

• Develop and implement innovative testing strategies.

• Apply best practices to optimize sending volumes.

• Impact clients’ growth rates and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.

• Prior experience with Klaviyo is an advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools.

• Open and positive communication style.

• An analytical mindset paired with creativity.

• Ability to analyze data and formulate innovative marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in German.

• Strong written and spoken English skills.

• Willingness to work in Germany.
