Email Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop visual layouts, header graphics, and modular templates for marketing campaigns and newsletters.

• Analyze creative briefs and client style guides to deliver designs that are consistent and aligned with the brand.

• Concentrate solely on visual design tasks, without involvement in campaign scheduling, ESP execution, or coding.

• Write, slice, and export production-ready design files for the buildout team.

• Maintain organization of design files, component libraries, and master templates within Figma.

• Implement feedback from creative directors to swiftly enhance concepts.

• Utilize Figma functionalities and contemporary design workflows to streamline production processes.

• Adapt aesthetics for a variety of client sectors, including women-owned consumer brands, fashion, beauty, and med spas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing modern, conversion-driven email and newsletter designs.

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles: visual hierarchy, typography, mobile layout balance, and effective placement of CTAs.

• High proficiency in Figma for creating layouts and exporting assets.

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is advantageous.

• Capability to transform visual references and brand guidelines into polished, ready-to-implement concepts.

• Experience supporting e-commerce brands, fashion retailers, beauty companies, or med spa services is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset when working with strategists and developers.
