Email Marketing and CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with online retailers in industries such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the team.

• Foster strong client relationships through routine check-in calls and close teamwork.

• Assume full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects.

• Create email marketing and CRM strategies.

• Work alongside an operations team responsible for copywriting, graphic design, and technical execution.

• Innovate and conduct creative tests.

• Utilize technical resources to implement your ideas.

• Directly influence clients’ growth rates and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and are eager to enhance your expertise.

• Prior experience with Klaviyo is advantageous.

• Openness to learning and working with new tools is essential.

• You are approachable, and your positive demeanor encourages others to communicate with you.

• Ability to interpret data and utilize it to devise creative marketing strategies.

• Fluency in German and strong written and verbal English skills are required.

• This role is exclusively available to candidates residing in Germany.
