Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber database.

• Segment audiences according to their behavior, preferences, and engagement history.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, sending times, and CTAs to enhance open and click-through rates.

• Develop and manage automated flows, including welcome sequences, re-engagement strategies, and offer notifications.

• Oversee deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and overall list health.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure email communications align with broader marketing campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments based on data insights.

• No formal degree required.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.

• Excellent writing skills—your style resonates with human readers, not robotic marketing language.

• Basic knowledge of email metrics including open rate, CTR, and deliverability.

• Detail-oriented—avoiding typos in mass emails is crucial to maintain professionalism.

• Comfortable working with templates and making basic HTML email edits.

• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines consistently.
