📋 Description

• Create and implement email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber base.

• Segment audiences according to their behavior, preferences, and engagement history.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, sending times, and calls-to-action to enhance open and click rates.

• Develop and sustain automated workflows, which include welcome sequences, re-engagement initiatives, and offer notifications.

• Track deliverability rates, unsubscribe statistics, and overall list health.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure email messaging aligns with overarching campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments based on data insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or comparable tools.

• Excellent writing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and deliverability.

• Highly detail-oriented; errors in mass emails can be costly.

• Comfortable working with templates and performing basic HTML email modifications.

• Capable of self-management and meeting deadlines.
