📋 Description

• Create and implement email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber base.

• Segment audiences according to their behavior, preferences, and engagement history.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, and CTAs to enhance open and click rates.

• Develop and sustain automated flows, which include welcome sequences, re-engagement, and offer notifications.

• Oversee deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and overall list health.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure email alignment with larger campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments based on data insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• No degree necessary.

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent.

• Excellent writing capabilities.

• Basic understanding of email metrics, including open rates, CTR, and deliverability.

• Detail-oriented approach; ensuring accuracy in mass email communications.

• Proficient in working with templates and making basic HTML email modifications.

• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
