Email Marketing Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Load and schedule seven Future Finance campaigns weekly on ActiveCampaign/Iterable.

• Load and schedule five paid newsletter campaigns each week on Beehiiv.

• Assist in scheduling one to two daily email broadcasts for Decentralized Masters.

• Upload provided content, including copy, subject lines, preview text, images, and links.

• Ensure campaigns are targeted to the appropriate audience segments at the right times.

• Conduct quality assurance on emails prior to scheduling, covering formatting, links, tracking, segmentation, and send settings.

• Maintain campaign calendars and tracking documents.

• Identify and flag any missing information, inconsistencies, or potential errors before campaigns launch.

• Assist with any last-minute scheduling adjustments.

• Schedule and segment SMS broadcasts as SMS campaigns are initiated.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in identifying errors in links, formatting, targeting, scheduling, and overall user experience.

• Sense of ownership and sound judgment; proactively addresses incorrect or unusual items and seeks clarification when necessary.

• Dependability in meeting deadlines and ensuring that campaigns are prepared on schedule.

• Strong organizational skills across various brands, campaigns, and timelines.

• Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures, checklists, and established workflows.

• Proactive communication to identify and report any obstacles early on.

• Capability to independently carry out recurring tasks following training.

• Technologically adept and quick to learn new software and tools.

• Previous experience with email marketing platforms is not mandatory; training will be provided.

• Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, Iterable, Beehiiv, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Availability and responsiveness during working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
