Email Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance abandoned quiz/checkout processes, onboarding, upselling, retention, and win-back strategies

• Keep a well-organized backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests with clear conclusions

• Segment audiences based on behavior, stage in the funnel, geographical location, and quiz responses

• Tailor messaging according to user data

• Analyze the funnel from Delivered → Open → Click → Checkout → Purchase → Revenue

• Collaborate with Product and Analytics for tracking and attribution purposes

• Provide reports on the email's impact on business metrics

• Ensure domain reputation, list health, and compliance are maintained

• Draft email copy while the UX team manages design aspects

• Suggest initiatives for channel growth and back them up with data for the Chief Growth Officer

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience in Email / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing for subscription-based products (B2C or B2B)

• Proven experience managing email channel performance from strategy development through to purchases

• Demonstrated success in increasing email-driven revenue or sales with quantifiable results

• Practical experience in independently establishing and launching lifecycle and trigger-based flows

• Experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing outcomes

• Ability to work with metrics such as Purchase CR, revenue per send, LTV, retention, attribution, and incrementality

• Strong knowledge of email deliverability factors, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP/domain warming, and recovery of inbox placement

• Practical experience with ESPs like Reteno, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar platforms

• Experience executing email campaigns in Tier-1 markets

• Familiarity with GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, and CASL consent requirements

• Proficiency in English at B2+ level
