Email Graphic Designer – Indefinite-Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of DTC email campaigns for various client brands.

• Transform creative briefs and copy into polished, on-brand promotional emails and automated sequences, such as welcome, abandoned cart, and post-purchase flows.

• Create desktop and mobile designs in Figma utilizing auto-layout, components, and best practices for live text.

• Oversee 48-hour standard turnarounds across multiple client styles concurrently.

• Develop and maintain well-organized Figma files and reusable email sections/templates.

• Efficiently incorporate internal and client feedback within rapid revision timelines.

• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Program Managers, and Copywriters to prepare designs for production teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, particularly in DTC/ecommerce email design.

• A proven portfolio showcasing promotional emails, welcome flows, abandoned cart flows, and work across diverse brand styles.

• Proficient in Figma, including skills in auto-layout, organized layers, and components.

• Strong grasp of design principles: typography, visual hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and email rendering standards (live text vs. image blocks).

• Capable of working quickly and independently while managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent written English skills for effective asynchronous communication and feedback management.

• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple accounts (preferred).

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or Monday.com (preferred).

• Understanding of email performance metrics (CTR, revenue per recipient) or basic platform knowledge (Klaviyo) (preferred).
