ELX Service Specialist – Electrolyzer Services

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Coordinate and execute service, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and general upkeep for electrolyzers and other hydrogen systems at client locations.

β€’ Travel as required to customer sites, with significant travel expectations of up to 100% and possible international assignments.

β€’ Operate and troubleshoot industrial hydrogen systems and their components.

β€’ Design, commission, and manage industrial hydrogen systems.

β€’ Read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs.

β€’ Develop and manage the preventive maintenance program for electrolyzer field equipment.

β€’ Monitor performance of field equipment and recommend as well as implement design improvements.

β€’ Engage with customers to gather feedback, address issues, and provide suggestions for design and operations.

β€’ Ensure the safe operation of electrolyzer equipment and infrastructure.

β€’ Respond promptly to urgent field equipment repair and maintenance requirements, including travel on short notice.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customer stakeholders, and external vendors.

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Associate's degree or vocational training in engineering technology or a related field.

β€’ A high school diploma along with 3+ years of relevant work experience can serve as a substitute for the degree requirement.

β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice as required (up to 100%).

β€’ High proficiency in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.

β€’ Experience with industrial hydrogen systems is highly desirable.

β€’ Capability to diagnose system failures and identify root causes.

β€’ Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

β€’ Outstanding analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.

β€’ Competence in Microsoft Office software.

β€’ Exemplary standards of professionalism.

β€’ Results-driven and focused work ethic.

β€’ Excellent follow-through on task-oriented activities.
