ELO ECM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create processes and develop tailored solutions in close partnership with clients.

• Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing their ELO ECM system.

• Conduct training sessions and facilitate user onboarding.

• Install and implement ELO along with various add-ons.

• Plan and manage projects to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

• Visit client locations to deliver optimal solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to clarify complex topics effectively.

• Strong aptitude for quickly understanding new concepts and familiarizing oneself with new subject areas.

• High level of motivation and strong dedication.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Basic English proficiency.

• Proactive attitude, commitment, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
