Elevator Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Perform maintenance, servicing, repairs, adjustments, and testing of mechanical and electrical elevator systems.

• Efficiently and accurately diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.

• Monitor elevator functionality and proactively identify potential issues.

• Adhere to procedures with precision to ensure compliance and safety standards.

• Participate in scheduled after-hours on-call rotations.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, entrapments, and urgent repair requirements.

• Independently manage service routes and address customer needs.

• Provide timely and professional solutions in the field.

• Strictly follow all safety guidelines and fit-for-duty requirements.

• Travel within the Carolinas territory as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of independent experience as an Elevator Mechanic/Technician.

• Valid elevator mechanic credentials (state license preferred; additional experience will be considered).

• Strong mechanical aptitude alongside advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to meet fit-for-duty physical requirements, which include managing physical workloads.

• A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Willingness to travel within the Carolinas territory as needed, which may include occasional overnight stays.

• Capability to participate in scheduled after-hours on-call rotations.

• Ability to perform heavier lifting as dictated by job responsibilities.
