Electrical / Mechanical Site Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage installation operations at both national and international construction sites.

• Organize installation teams, subcontractors, and affiliated trades.

• Take charge of the professional assembly and installation of conveyor technology and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).

• Depending on the area of expertise, perform electrical or mechanical assembly, installation, and pre-commissioning tasks.

• Collaborate with internal specialists and project teams.

• Monitor, document, and ensure adherence to schedules, quality, and safety standards.

• Assist with acceptance testing and commissioning processes.

• Depending on the project, upgrade control components and electrical installations, or dismantle and remove third-party equipment as part of refurbishment initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field, such as industrial electronics technician, electronics technician, industrial mechanic, or mechatronics technician.

• Ideally possess a master craftsman qualification or equivalent further training.

• Several years of experience in the installation of conveyor technology, intralogistics systems, and/or automated storage and retrieval systems.

• Proven experience in coordinating installation teams and subcontractors.

• Willingness to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally.

• Independent, organized, and results-driven approach, complemented by a strong hands-on attitude.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor on construction sites.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Good command of the English language.

• Possession of a Category B driving license.
