This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee and direct self-performing field teams in the repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Create and enhance processes to boost consistency, productivity, and profitability of projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, customer, and operational standards.
• Foster knowledge sharing, ownership, and effective decision-making among team members.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and maintain rolling three-week lookahead plans.
• Engage proactively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct daily reporting and monitor project progress effectively.
• Assist in customer interactions as necessary.
• Mentor and develop field staff while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Solid electrical foundation in power systems, renewable energy, industrial electrical construction, field services, commissioning, operations, maintenance, or related sectors.
• Practical understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its application in the field.
• Proven experience leading self-performing crews, craft labor, or subcontractors in construction, commissioning, maintenance, or field service settings.
• Capability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, construction documentation, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
• Experience in supporting utility-scale solar, BESS, renewable energy, power generation, or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting medium-voltage or utility-scale electrical systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CPR, and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Procore, ArcGIS, or other construction and field management software is a plus.
• Previous experience leading remote field teams across multiple project sites is a benefit.
