Electrical Construction Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of industrial electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects in the field.

• Create and implement project work plans that align with the objectives, timelines, and specifications set by the customer.

• Organize labor resources, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure effective project execution.

• Provide guidance, support, and direction to craft personnel and field teams.

• Guarantee adherence to safety standards set by the customer, the company, and regulatory bodies.

• Track project expenses, productivity levels, and financial outcomes while reducing project risk.

• Uphold quality standards through inspections, work verification, and corrective actions as necessary.

• Act as the main point of contact for the customer on-site, fostering trust and delivering outstanding service.

• Proactively address project challenges and make crucial field decisions to maintain project momentum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in electrical services, industrial construction, power generation, maintenance, or similar fields.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, construction techniques, and relevant safety regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic field environment.

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with a talent for cultivating solid relationships with customers and project teams.

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for project reporting and documentation purposes.
