📋 Description

• Develop interactive and responsive web-based learning modules utilizing optimized HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) within the LMS and rapid-authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.

• Assist in the editing or creation of custom LMS pages and oversee the management of eLearning Team files hosted on AWS servers.

• Create custom course graphics, visual assets, and multimedia using Adobe Creative Cloud or Camtasia.

• Implement corporate brand standards and visual design principles, including white space, typography, and color theory.

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to convert course scripts into engaging interactive experiences.

• Utilize adult learning theory, cognitive psychology, and gamification to enhance instructional interactivity.

• Conduct thorough self-quality assurance for code quality, accessibility/alt text, links, and responsive layouts.

• Maintain well-organized file structures, adhere to folder naming conventions, and manage team-shared drives.

• Provide precise task estimations, update on project status, and adhere to project deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in front-end web development and eLearning development.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Familiarity with API connections, SSO authentication, and AWS file hosting.

• Proven experience in navigating, building, or customizing enterprise LMS environments.

• Strong portfolio that highlights custom graphics, UI/UX layouts, and video/audio editing using Adobe Creative Suite or Camtasia.

• Solid understanding of adult learning theory, UI/UX design, and complex interactivity design that goes beyond basic multiple-choice formats.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management abilities, transparent communication, and an organized approach to code and file management.

• A portfolio showcasing custom code, interactive learning samples, and original media assets is required.

• Candidates must reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states for remote positions.
