EJECUTIVO TÉCNICO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and commercial support to corporate clients

• Manage renewals, proposals, and business opportunities

• Cultivate relationships with insurance companies

• Conduct negotiation, quoting, placement, and administration of benefits policies

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional or technical degree

• At least 2 years of experience in benefits insurance

• Experience in negotiation, quoting, placement, and administration of Group Life, Health, Prepaid Medicine, Personal Accidents, and corporate benefits policies

• Strong negotiation skills

• Service-oriented mindset

• Attention to detail

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, office tools, and databases

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
