EJECUTIVO DE OPERACIONES

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage general and benefits insurance.

• Handle renewals, modifications, collections, cancellations, enrollments, and exclusions.

• Provide swift and efficient service to clients or users.

• Work independently in a telecommuting format.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a degree or be a professional in administrative or financial fields.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in insurance management (both general and benefits) covering renewals, modifications, collections, cancellations, enrollments, and exclusions.

• Possess intermediate Excel skills (yes, there will be a test).

• Availability to work in a fully remote, autonomous telecommuting setup.

• Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Position available on a national level.
