Education Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models in discussions about lesson planning, differentiated instruction, learning standards, student engagement, bilingual education, teacher training, and both formative and summative evaluation.

• Interact with the model in English and French, addressing real-world educational scenarios and theoretical inquiries.

• Assess pedagogical integrity and factual correctness.

• Document reproducible error traces and identify model failure modes.

• Recommend enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Contribute to the development of high-quality training data for AI-driven teaching, learning, and academic support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French.

• Experience in classroom or curriculum development.

• Knowledge of both traditional and digital learning environments.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively (“showing your work”).

• Specialized knowledge in curriculum development, instructional design, pedagogy, assessment strategies, educational psychology, classroom technology, and inclusive teaching practices.

• Familiarity with French-speaking educational systems.

• A master's degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a closely related field is preferred.
