Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist new employees during their initial weeks and introduce them to tools and workflows.

• Develop and create comprehensive courses on the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.

• Produce user-friendly training resources and Knowledge Base documentation.

• Coordinate and facilitate webinars, workshops, and training sessions.

• Craft and present tailored presentations for various audiences.

• Support the Customer Support Team in onboarding new team members and sustaining shared knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and writing basic SQL queries.

• Skills in log searching, particularly with tools like Kibana and Grafana Loki.

• Comfortable leading online training sessions and effectively engaging an audience.

• Capability to simplify complex technical information into clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate with minimal supervision.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proactive in identifying knowledge gaps.

• Demonstrated success in onboarding new colleagues and helping them achieve their full potential.

• Experience in B2B Customer or Technical Support at L1, L2, or L3 levels.

• Familiarity with building courses in an LMS, especially Cypher LMS, is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Confluence, YouTrack, or ClickUp/Monday is beneficial.

• Basic knowledge of HTTP requests and status codes, REST APIs, and JSON is a plus.
