Education & School Programs Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Analyze educational products related to schools and academic programs.

• Evaluate factual correctness, educational quality, analytical depth, practical applicability, presentation effectiveness, and professional credibility.

• Examine educational plans, program documents, implementation suggestions, instructional resources, reports, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.

• Review objectives, activities, timelines, resources, anticipated outcomes, workflows, schedules, stakeholder engagement, and operational viability.

• Detect factual inaccuracies, unsupported claims, inconsistencies, gaps, discrepancies, and impractical dependencies.

• Assess clarity, completeness, organization, educational value, target audience appropriateness, and professional quality.

• Review calculations, assumptions, metrics, supporting data, charts, tables, and visual presentations.

• Evaluate communications directed towards students, families, educators, administrators, and stakeholders.

• Deliver clear, structured written feedback that highlights strengths and areas for improvement.

• Consistently apply field-specific evaluation standards across education-related deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in education, school administration, academic programs, instructional design, curriculum development, educational services, or a closely related discipline.

• Strong practical comprehension of educational workflows within schools or the education sector.

• Experience in developing or evaluating educational plans, programs, reports, instructional materials, or communications with stakeholders.

• Capability to assess educational content for accuracy, clarity, practicality, and professional quality.

• Strong analytical judgment with a keen attention to detail.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides.

• Strong skills in spreadsheets and analytics.

• Native or professional proficiency in English.

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to provide accurate, structured feedback.

• A Master's degree or higher from a recognized institution is a plus.
