This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the strategic execution and targeted expansion of educational and training initiatives.
• Designs curriculum, training programs, and educational materials that necessitate clinical expertise and the interpretation of intricate medical data and clinical evidence.
• Implements extensive national education initiatives and regional/local events while adhering to budget constraints.
• Works collaboratively across departments with market development associates, the commercial team, medical affairs, and others.
• Establishes, tracks, and reports on metrics and KPIs related to assigned educational initiatives.
• Facilitates educational grants and sponsorships with external applicants and partners in compliance/medical affairs.
• Collaborates with and mentors field sales personnel on the effective use of educational resources.
• Identifies, oversees, and nurtures relationships with key opinion leaders and brand advocates.
• Develops program faculty, including onboarding, speaker training, and the creation of presentation materials.
• Acts as a course instructor for designated medical and professional training activities.
• Provides technical guidance on Axogen technologies and products.
• Offers training and technical assistance to customers regarding therapeutic indications, clinical trends, and scientific literature.
• Composes and maintains relevant standard operating procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the medical device or health sciences sector.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must live near a major airport.
• Compliance with federal, state, AATB, company, and ethical standards.
• 50–70% required national and international travel.
