Education Investigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Execute education verification investigations in accordance with defined processes and guidelines.

• Conduct thorough research utilizing the Internet and various other resources.

• Initiate education record verifications via phone, fax, mail, email, and online databases.

• Maintain follow-up on verification requests throughout the course of investigations.

• Engage in phone communications with applicants and educational institutions.

• Accurately document investigation data in the necessary formats and databases.

• Regularly meet departmental production expectations.

• Allocate time efficiently across multiple priorities to achieve objectives.

• Utilize independent judgment and resourcefulness to fulfill client requests.

• Provide support to fellow Education Investigators.

• Collaborate with all departments to gather information and clarify client inquiries.

• Complete special assignments or projects as directed.

• Carry out essential job responsibilities and other assigned tasks.
