This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Create and develop class curricula to effectively prepare Working Solutions Pros for high-quality project assignments.
• Conduct research and/or training to gain insight into clients’ businesses and their project needs.
• Engage with clients to assess their preparation requirements.
• Evaluate and adjust client project documentation to suit virtual preparation techniques and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Director of Agent Development to produce virtual preparation materials.
• Equip assigned agents through testing, project/client guidelines, and Working Solutions procedures.
• Support Contract Instructors in conveying project preparation details.
• Assist with the scheduling of agents at the onset of new projects.
• Provide additional support for active PROs as required.
• Address any preparation-related inquiries from PROs.
• Offer motivation and acknowledge achievements.
• Record and implement programs, processes, and procedures.
• Deliver results reports to Working Solutions management and/or clients.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents to qualify for full-time employment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory, preferably in a related field such as Education.
• Teaching experience is crucial for consideration.
• Experience in teaching children and curriculum development is preferred; virtual teaching experience is an added advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in classroom and/or virtual training is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire learning are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work independently from home are necessary.
• Ability to quickly learn and relay substantial information is expected.
• Competence in prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Proficiency in multitasking while ensuring accuracy and quality is important.
• Exceptional computer skills are required.
• Willingness to swiftly learn new teaching tools, programs, and systems is a must.
• Creativity and a passion for fostering learning are highly valued.
• Familiarity with call center processes and techniques is a significant advantage.
