This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a continuous optimization strategy for the ecommerce website.
• Design and execute plans aimed at enhancing product and service visibility, consumer interaction, and sales conversion rates.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, digital marketing, brand management, analytics, market research, and creative teams on strategic initiatives.
• Assist in site content planning and marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights and SEO suggestions.
• Enhance the shopper journey to boost both sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee, maintain, and perform daily quality assurance on the storefront.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and brand-image projects.
• Synchronize site experience enhancements with email, SEM/SEO, social media, and other traffic-generating efforts.
• Implement website modifications in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
• Work alongside customer service and operational teams to ensure site content and experience align with operational and marketing communications.
• Generate and distribute website reports, assess customer satisfaction and sales performance, and suggest optimization strategies.
• Design and carry out testing of customer journeys and new concepts to enhance user experience, satisfaction, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Collaborate with IT to promptly address technical issues and production requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in an ecommerce role.
• Demonstrated success in conversion and sales outcomes.
• Experience in B2C retail and the fashion/accessories sector is an advantage.
• Capability to thrive in both collaborative and independent work settings.
• Strong grasp of branding principles and customer experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously while contributing to team efforts.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• For remote positions, a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.
