This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and refresh content across the mobile application and associated website processes utilizing the app CMS and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Create, evaluate, publish, and conduct quality assurance on app content, encompassing product details, visuals, banners, promotions, announcements, and business communications.
• Organize and implement daily mobile app content modifications to align with marketing strategies, ecommerce goals, and operational updates.
• Execute QA testing on app pages, content modifications, software releases, and new features to detect bugs, formatting discrepancies, broken links, and content inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, ecommerce, product, UX, and creative teams to facilitate feature launches, improvements, and promotional activities.
• Employ mobile-first UX best practices in content arrangement, design, and presentation to enhance usability and customer experience.
• Analyze in-app user behavior, engagement, and performance indicators to discover opportunities for content and UX enhancements.
• Work alongside creative and design teams to ensure assets are correctly sized, optimized, and integrated for mobile app deployment.
• Assist in app upgrades, feature transitions, and new content launch procedures from a content readiness and QA viewpoint.
• Verify that all content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and app store prerequisites.
• Offer daily coordination and direction for mobile app content updates, including collaboration with AEM content authors as necessary.
• Maintain documentation related to app content workflows, publishing protocols, and QA procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent practical experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Mobile UX, Web/App Content, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing content for mobile applications, ecommerce platforms, or mobile-oriented digital experiences.
• Practical experience in authoring and publishing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable enterprise CMS.
• Experience in supporting app content updates, QA testing, and release coordination within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven capacity to identify content, formatting, and UX issues prior to release.
• Solid comprehension of mobile-first UX principles, accessibility expectations, and content best practices.
• Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of basic HTML and SEO considerations for mobile and app contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including proofreading and content evaluation.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines autonomously.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
