Earn Product Operation Manager – Tradfi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and facilitate the onboarding of premium TradFi/RWA assets into Binance Earn.

• Investigate traditional finance wealth management and investment product architectures and reimagine them for Earn users in a crypto-centric manner.

• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure product feasibility, operational readiness, and effective go-to-market execution.

• Transform traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts that prioritize user value, product design, and operational efficiency.

• Examine market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings in TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products to uncover new opportunities.

• Assist in comprehensive product operations, which include launches, optimization, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Contribute to product design leveraging financial product expertise, user insights, and operational knowledge.

• Help to establish product frameworks that balance innovation, compliance, risk management, and business expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment products, or roles related to wealth management.

• Solid understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management.

• Extensive knowledge of funds, ETFs, leveraged ETFs, and structured products, including PPN, FCN, Covered Call strategies, and structured tranche/leveraged fund products.

• Robust TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or other financial institutions.

• Capability to identify financial product mechanisms and convert them into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect product ideas with business impact and operational execution.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

• A keen interest in crypto and the ability to adapt swiftly in a rapidly changing environment.

• Preferred: knowledge of tokenization and how real-world assets are represented on-chain.

• Preferred: familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets.

• Preferred: understanding of stablecoins and their significance in on-chain financial products.

• Preferred: a genuine interest in crypto, demonstrated through hands-on usage, research, or personal exploration of crypto products and ecosystems.

• Preferred: experience in bridging TradFi product logic with crypto-native product innovation.
